Next Week's Opponent...This Week

Next up are the OU Bobcats, who are 2-3 so far.  They played at EMU yesterday, and exploded for 20 3rd Quarter points to break open a game that was tied 10-10 at halftime.  QB Boo Jackson had 218 yards passing and 66 rushing yards, and Vince Davidson had two rushing TDs and one receiving TD.  Stud LB Noah Keller did not play for his second straight game, and EMU racked up 374 yards and 5.8 yards per play, but managed only 15 first downs.  EMU averaged 4.7 yards per carry running.

In former opponent land, Marshall was clubbed by a pretty good Southern Mississippi team, and Tulsa destroyed a pretty awful Memphis team.  Troy took a well deserved rest.  Michigan barely beat Indiana.  Had you heard?
