Next week's Opponent, this week....

Next up are the Kent Golden Flashes, who were up 21-7 at the half and then allowed UT 27 unanswered second half points and were defeated.  This is a team whose calling card was supposed to be defense.  Six of Toledo's first seven drives ended in a punt, but then 5 of the last 6 resulted in points.

Kent turned the ball over 3 times, as compared to 0 for the Rockets.  Spencer Keith had an OK game, and Jacquise Terry had 92 yards and 3 TDs.

In former opponent land, Troy went to 4-2 with a win over LA-Lafayette, Tulsa went to 4-3 destroying Tulane, Marshall fell to 1-5 as UCF dismantled them in Huntington (let us pause and savor), and Michigan lost to Iowa.   You might have heard.
