Afrankangle also posted this comment, which I inadvertently rejected....re-posted with apologies.

I'm curious ... way is Cincinnati so low? It's simple ... how many other teams have 2 wins over BCS teams? how many other teams have 2 road wins? How many others have 2 road wins over BCS teams?

So with Texas & Florida, weak schedules don't count --- and with Cincinnati good wins don't count.

Those things you mention got UC in the Top 25. However, Rutgers is not very good this year, and their play on the field has done nothing to make me think otherwise. Oregon State is a team I don't have ranked, though winning out there is a nice victory for UC.

I have Houston, Michigan, and Florida State ahead of UC because Houston and Michigan have high profile wins and no losses and Florida State because they killed BYU and their loss is to an emerging Miami team.

At this point in the season, because not everyone has had a test, I feel you have to give some weight to how good you expect a team to be.

Orange,
Thanks for your explanation

Ok SO USC loses to #24 Washington and falls only 8 spots, staying in the top 10.

BYU loses to #19 fla-state and falls 16 spots?

Stop hating on the non-aq's ;)

Bull Run, BYU didn't lose to Florida State, they were completely embarrassed.
