New MAC Blog
There's a new MAC blog on the horizon, this one out of Buffalo, called MAC Smack.
The first post takes a nice look at a shot ESPN took at Ball State's scheduling of out of conference games....
Seems like a good place to note that Phil Steele's rankings show that BG will play the toughest schedule in the MAC...#83 in the country.

BG never really takes it easy on themselves, do they? I find it amusing that anyone can knock a MAC team for their scheduling when, as mac-smack stated, our options are so limited. How does Alabama even get away with scheduling Chattanooga the 2nd to last game of the year? Couldn't get an FBS team to fill that void? BSU unfortunately failed to give the MAC a more prominent mark on the map last year, but soon enough. We need a few breakout seasons and the continued upsets of the big boys that want to step to the red-headed stepchild that the MAC is currently viewed as.
