Hardwick Acquitted

Jacob Hardwick, who was one of three players accused of breaking into an apartment in Bowling Green was acquitted by a jury this week.

Tarell Lewis and Orlando Barrow had previously pleaded guilty and testified against Hardwick. The jury said they didn't think they could convict Hardwick under the instructions from the judge. You can read the story for more facts on this resolution of this case.

Anyone who has ever been a Juror on a case like this knows how hard it can be.

Sometimes you know or are almost certain of guilt but it has not been proven. I am not privy to the details of this case but from the looks of it there was some strong evidence against him.

Cudos to the Jury for doing their job and now the Falcons football program can put this mess behind them and move on..
