This is a WOW. Very disappointing. Both young men were transfers to the program who had made contributions during the year. The release only says that they failed to maintain the standards of the program.
So a rough year gets a little rougher.
Wishing them the best as they move on with their lives. More to come.

Joe’s father has joined AZZ and has shared some enlightening insider info on the state of the program. It sounds like they need to clean house ASAP. I feel terrible for those two young men.
I did see that. I'd just point out that he is only providing one person's perspective and it's second hand.
Certainly agree, but it kind of feels like a situation where if it looks like a scapegoat move and acts like a scapegoat move, then it's probably a scapegoat move.
It does not feel right to me either but we don't really know anything about it. Having said that, big picture something is wrong in the program.
