Sweet, Sweet Victory--MAC East title edition

Much more to come later, but that's how it works for this team.  Nothing is going to come easily and last night's win was no exception.  In fact, there were points in the 3rd where I was convinced BG was not going to hold onto the win.  But, the offense got a couple big plays when it needed them and the defense got some picks and BG was able to grind out a couple first downs to kill the clock...and even to go slow when needed...and the Falcons held on to win their second straight MAC East title.

That's right...two straight, something which has not been done very often.

Congrats to our boys.  It hasn't been easy, but the season's first goal is in hand.  More later.
