Clawson talks Injuries....and our opponent posts his perspective

So, John Wagner of The Blade has the Falcon Fodder blog, which is a great source of information on Falcon sports.  Yesterday, he weighed in on the MAC teleconference which is held each Monday.

The biggest news is that the extra rest is doing wonders for our injuries.  Bojicic, Morgan and Truss should each be back for the Miami game, which almost instantly makes us a much stronger football team.

He had some other stuff from Coach about the CMU game and the importance of the defensive performance.  Check it out.

Now, for another perspective, here's Kyle from Fire Up Chips who wrote a post titled Epic Fail.  He sees their inability to move the ball on BG's "114th" ranked defense to be pretty much beyond excusable.

Some examples:

Enos' "Michigan State Light" playbook FINALLY had a chance to look competent against a coach having a worse season than him, but Dave Clawsons's "Clawfense" stole the show, with ballsier play calling that consistently sustained drives.

The "Michigan State Light" offense could only muster 7 points against arguably the worst defense in the Mid American Conference.
