Mayleben Leaves Men's Hoop Program

News from The Blade today that Garrett Mayleben has left the men's basketball program.  He was an Orr recruit who was identified as a "project" by his HS Coach, but who reported offers from Wright State, Kent and Akron, among others.  He never jelled into a contributor at BG.  Seemed from observation to be a good teammate, just wasn't meant to be as a player.  According to The Blade, he plans to remain at BG and finish his degree, which is great.  Best of luck to you, Garrett.  You're a Falcon forever.
