Gonzaga Coming to Bowling Green
No...not to play hoops. Rather, our new DB coach is Adam Gonzaga, replacing Dennis Springer, who went to Western Kentucky. He must have been high on the radar screen to get hired so quickly. He's coached at Navy, and most recently at Northview (MI), a good I-AA program where he was D-coordinator.
Hard to say what you're getting, but I like the idea that we seemed to have our eye on him, and I like the idea he was a top level I-AA coach. Good coaches are good coaches, it doesn't matter at what level.
