Recruiting Class finalized, official release

The Falcons have brought in 25 players as part of this year's recruiting class..here are the players. As mentioned before, it is the players we expected with the exception of TE Kendall Montgomery of Miami FL.  Having said that, the other 24 players are all from Ohio, PA, MI, IL, and WV...a clear effort to concentrate our recruiting footprint in this part of the country.

Lots of punditry will follow.  I think there are some very promising players here, but, as always, time will tell.  I look forward to seeing all of these players become high achieving Falcons, and leave with a diploma and a championship ring.

Late additions BooBoo Gates and Montgomery both appear to be really nice players we would have taken at any time.  If BG does get that title, some measure of thanks should be sent to Middletown, OH, which is more than contributing its share of Falcons.

There will be a presser later today, and BGSUfalcons.com will have audio and video available around 5 Pm.
