Former Falcon DJ Young Lands in Lansing
Last August during Fall practice, we noted that DJ Young, who had come to us as a D-lineman and was moved to O-lineman, had left the program. It raised concerns about depth at the time....
Maybe it should have raised other concerns. DJ seems to have landed on his feet, with playing time on the Spartan line at MSU.
Good for him!

Question ... Any idea why Young left?
None at all. It is pretty rare for a player to leave our program and land in the Big 10. Perhaps he didn't think he was going to get the playing time he deserved. As I recall, he wasn't a starter.
