Falcons Add 3 Footballers
So today was the NSD in February for college football, which used to be the big event, but has been replaced by December signing day. Anyway, BG announced two more signees, plus one transfer.
Both of the players BG announced were from Georgia.
Quentin Lewis is a 6'2" 220 pound OLB from Snellville, GA. He was at South Gwinnet HS. He was productive....he made 47 tackles and 3.5 sacks in 2024. He was first-team all-region defensive line and a team captain.
247 lists him as unstarred wth an offer from Stony Brook.
DL Malik Moses, who played in a couple games for BG last year, is also from South Gwinnett.
The second player from Georgia is Keinan Willaims from Mt. Zion in Atlanta. He's a DL, and 6'3" and 330, which is impressive on that front.
He was named 2024 Clayton County Top 30 Athlete and first-team all-region in 2024. Also a team captain, he was on the track and field team as well, competing in shot put and discus.
247 has him as unstarred but an offer from Temple.
The transfer--not from Georgia--is JoJo Johnson, a transfer from Indiana. In fact, he is from Merrillville which had done it all BG more than its share...including Dan Dakich and Len Matela.
Anyway, JoJo is a DB. He started a Notre Dame and missed his entire early season with an injury. He went to Iowa Western Community College and then to Indiana, where he played two years...appearing sparingly in 14 games.
Welcome to the Falcons everyone.

Love recruiting Georgia. Keon Newson, Jansen Patten, TJ Carswell, Daniel Sayles and more...core of many of our great teams.
