Mahone Suspended
The BG News Blog is reporting that senior safety PJ Mahone has been suspended indefinitely for violating team rules.
He was our leading tackler against Missouri, and has made 22 career starts. He will be replaced by Sophomore Keith Morgan, based on the depth chart in the game notes.
Obviously, we don't know the full details and I don't especially care to know. I think that after the problems that contributed to Coach Brandon's removal, Coach Clawson has to understand the importance the University is placing on maintaining a football program that we can all be proud of.

Spot on post, UB had something similar happen just before the UTEP game when Dane Robinson was suspended.
The schools of the MAC deserve a program they can be proud of and the more I see of this the happier I am.
