First, I moved OK ahead of Ohio State. They have quality wins over Florida State and Texas, while OSU has only one over Miami. Oregon moves ahead of Boise with a signature win over Stanford that is bigger than Boise's.
I have Arizona in the Top 10. They have a quality win over a pretty good Iowa team and are undefeated. Compare them, say, to Nebraska, (no quality wins) or MSU (best win over a Wisconsin team with a very thin resume).
Obviously, these things can change. Let me know your thoughts...
