From a story in the Sentinel, Ryne Hamblet is the second Falcon (along with Eric Marschall) to be fighting injury problems. This is too bad--we need his experience and guard play, and it appears he will not be healthy for the remainder of the season.
Hamblet is hampered by two bad ankles and a bad shoulder and has not scored in double figures the last six games. He was 1-of-9 from the field against Kent State.
“He’s not comfortable in a (shoulder) brace,” Dakich said about Hamblet. “He’s going to have to be operated on, probably the day the season is over.”
